Atkins Followers: Monitor Your Carb Intake With This New App


Cutting out bread from your diet can be extremely difficult, especially at first. To keep you on track, the famous carb-cutting diet, the Atkins diet, launched a new app available on iOS and Android devices. The Atkins Carb Tracker App has plenty of carb-watching and meal tracking features to ensure you can avoid the holiday bulge and keep it off in the New Year, too.

With the app, you can access the more than 1,600 low carb recipes, and search for acceptable foods for each stage of the program. The app lets you track and analyze your carbohydrate intake and view the results over days, weeks and months on pie charts and trend graphs.
