Heard of Raspberry Pi, the $35 computer? Here's the Walmart version: Texas Instruments has created a computer on a single circuit board that costs just $13.
Although Raspberry Pi can output HD video, the tiny TI PC doesn't have any graphics -- you operate and program it via line commands, just like DOS.
